Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, German-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Facilitate German-language client workshops focused on SecOps and/or GRC/IRM (such as Vulnerability Management, Risk Management, Compliance, and Audit).

• Deliver comprehensive consulting services to our enterprise clients regarding functional and technical ServiceNow solutions within the security and risk sector.

• Create and execute scalable solution concepts encompassing the entire ServiceNow Security & Risk product suite.

• Configure and upgrade the ServiceNow platform in accordance with best practices and the Now Create methodology.

• Generate high-quality technical and client-oriented documentation to guarantee sustainable project success.

• Engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.

• Act as the Senior Technical Advisor throughout the complete project lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of practical experience (3–5+ years) in ServiceNow consulting, specifically in Security Operations and/or GRC/IRM.

• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, covering scripting, configuration, and technical solution architecture.

• Experience in at least one of the following domains: Security Operations (e.g., Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence) or Governance, Risk & Compliance / IRM (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management).

• Proven experience in conducting and leading client workshops, particularly with enterprise and senior stakeholders.

• Current ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA) along with relevant CIS certifications in the Security or IRM fields.

• Fluent German language skills and proficient English language skills.
