Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Technical implementation of exciting ServiceNow projects

• Introduction and configuration of ServiceNow products

• Development of specific ServiceNow requirements and applications

• Customization of theme-specific modules and optimization of their use

• Realization and coordination of interfaces to other systems

• Active support for projects and meticulous documentation

• Conducting customer meetings as well as presentations and demos

• Planning and execution of training sessions and workshops for onboarding to the ServiceNow platform

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed studies in the IT field or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience

• Several years of experience in the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow solutions

• Ability to clearly document complex issues

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in at least one of the following areas: CSM, FSM, or SPM

• Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools (Studio, Scoped Applications, Update Sets)

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and scripting concepts

• Experience with methodologies such as Scrum or ITIL is a plus

• Very good German and English language skills

• Willingness to travel depending on the project (up to approximately 50%)
