Senior ServiceNow Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow modules, including Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Legal Service Delivery, Contract Management Pro, Source-to-Pay Operations, and App Engine.

• Develop and deliver hypercare for workflows, business rules, UI guidelines, and integrations associated with the respective customer processes.

• Engage in a customer-facing role collaborating with client teams in Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Finance, and IT to enhance cross-functional processes.

• Create and refine dashboards, reports, and notifications.

• Implement best practices in ServiceNow configuration and development, including the documentation and review of ServiceNow configurations and solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a ServiceNow Solution Consultant (Minimum: 2+ years of practical ServiceNow experience).

• Expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow (including workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and data imports).

• Experience with integrating ServiceNow with external systems (APIs, web services, data feeds) is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills and the capability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) is mandatory; additional certifications are advantageous.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.

• Strong communication skills and a self-motivated, independent attitude are crucial.

• Proficiency in both German and English is required (minimum B2 level in both languages).
