This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Design, develop, and implement robust ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients throughout the DACH region.
• Assume complete responsibility for ServiceNow workstreams—plan, prioritize, and manage delivery autonomously with minimal oversight.
• Oversee projects from start to finish: from initial scoping and solution design to go-live and handover.
• Serve as the main technical contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and proactively communicating progress.
• Collaborate with developers, consultants, and client teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Prepare and present structured presentations to senior client stakeholders—including architecture overviews, sprint reviews, and solution demonstrations.
• Generate high-quality documentation and deliverables: solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation reports.
• Assist in presales processes by providing technical insights for proposals, RFP responses, and solution concepts.
• Organize and lead process workshops with client stakeholders to gather requirements and define target architectures.
• Direct and execute Discovery configurations and troubleshooting (patterns, MID Server, credentials, probes/sensors).
• Design and maintain a healthy, well-structured CMDB, including IRE, normalization, deduplication, and CMDB Health dashboards.
• Implement and govern CSDM 5.0 data models—mapping Business Services, Technical Services, Application Services, and supporting CIs.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required.
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) – required.
• CIS-ITSM – required.
• CIS-Discovery – required.
• CIS-DF (CMDB & CSDM) – scheduled/required or demonstrable equivalent expertise.
• Expert-level scripting skills (JavaScript/GlideScript), Flow Designer, REST APIs, Integration Hub, and App Engine ServiceNow Development.
• In-depth knowledge of CMDB architecture, IRE (Identification & Reconciliation Engine), CMDB Data Manager, Service Graph Connectors, deduplication strategies, and CMDB 360.
• Strong familiarity with the CSDM 5.0 framework—Business Applications, Technical Services, Application Services, Hosted On relationships, and lifecycle management.
• Practical experience in configuring NowAssist, Predictive Intelligence, or Virtual Agent—AI-powered workflows and case deflection use cases.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub spokes, and third-party connectors.
• English: Fluent (written and spoken) - essential for daily client and team interactions.
• Hindi: Fluent - necessary for internal team collaboration.
