This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will be accountable for the technical execution of engaging projects within the ServiceNow domain.
• Designing and implementing intricate solutions that fulfill customer needs and provide genuine value is something you take pleasure in.
• Actively interacting with clients and fostering trust through collaboration is part of your expertise.
• You possess experience in configuring and deploying customized applications/modules.
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure delivery within the agreed timeline, budget, and scope is something you enjoy.
• You welcome the challenge of collaborating with other teams to execute integrations.
• Sharing your knowledge with team members and contributing to the establishment of best practices is a passion of yours.
• A degree in a field related to IT or completed vocational training accompanied by significant relevant professional experience.
• Profound understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture, applications, and modules.
• Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and various tools/systems.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow in complex environments.
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with the Scrum framework is advantageous.
• A strong customer focus and a genuine enjoyment of working with clients and colleagues.
• Independent, solution-oriented thinking ability.
• Proficiency in German and English is required to collaborate within our international team.
• Willingness to travel between 30% and 50% is expected.
