Senior ServiceNow ITSM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assess and analyze client needs related to IT infrastructure and IT services.

• Develop efficient ITSM processes utilizing ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks.

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops.

• Supervise the technical execution of requirements.

• Manage subprojects concerning quality and resource allocation.

• Compile and deliver project outcomes to clients.

• Assist the sales team with proposals and presales initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes.

• Several years of consulting experience in large-scale projects.

• Background in the financial services sector, insurance, or public administration.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow projects.

• Experience with large data centers and intricate infrastructures.

• Proficient in ITIL methodologies (certification preferred).

• Experience in customizing enterprise IT software (preferably ServiceNow) and using Microsoft Office products.

• Excellent proficiency in German and English.
