Senior ServiceNow ITOM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and understand customer needs

• Develop streamlined operational processes utilizing ServiceNow ITOM

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops

• Manage communication with technical consultants

• Deliver project outcomes to clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience with ServiceNow, especially in ITOM (CSDM, Service Mapping)

• Background in financial services, insurance, or the public sector is preferred

• Comprehensive knowledge of CMDB concepts and diverse IT infrastructures

• Demonstrated success in consulting and deploying ServiceNow solutions

• Proficient in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
