Senior ServiceNow Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee a sophisticated ITSM modernization project for a credit union client.

• Craft Service Mapping architecture for more than 20 Tier 1 applications.

• Establish a Change Management reversion strategy to reinstate OOTB functionality.

• Direct the migration strategy for the Employee Center.

• Design Workspace configurations catering to various operational teams.

• Create a Platform Analytics dashboard and reporting framework.

• Set up Service Mapping, establish CMDB relationships, and facilitate CI discovery.

• Restore and enhance OOTB Change Management models and workflows.

• Implement the Employee Center with readiness for Virtual Agent.

• Configure Workspaces and contemporary dashboard experiences.

• Execute Problem Management and Major Incident Management processes.

• Lead initiatives to improve CMDB health and data quality.

• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of practical ServiceNow implementation experience.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory.

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM – Mandatory.

• Extensive knowledge in Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog.

• Familiarity with Service Mapping, Employee Center, Workspaces, and Platform Analytics.

• Strong comprehension of ServiceNow OOTB workflows and data structures.

• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, Flow Designer, and Glide scripting.

• Proficient in JavaScript and CMDB CI relationship modeling.

• Experience with SLA configuration and reporting.

• Excellent client-facing communication and workshop facilitation abilities.

• Capability to balance OOTB functionalities with custom business requirements.

• Proven experience in leading complex multi-workstream ITSM projects.

• Ability to work autonomously and drive project delivery.
