Senior ServiceNow GRC, IRM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Analysis and evaluation of customer requirements from the financial sector and regulated markets.

• Design of optimized governance processes based on ServiceNow IRM.

• Development of risk-optimized multi-provider strategies and their implementation in ServiceNow.

• Conducting training sessions and workshops.

• Managing and facilitating internal communication with exccon Technical Consultants regarding the technical execution of requirements.

• Steering and coordinating sub-projects with respect to quality and effort-appropriate implementation.

• Preparing and presenting project results for clients.

• Assisting the sales team with pricing and proposal development.

• Engaging in pre-sales activities by presenting GRC/IRM workflows to clients.

• Providing expert technical advice and support to clients regarding ServiceNow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of GRC processes and procedures, including common regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., GDPR, BAIT, TISAX, MA-Risk).

• Strong knowledge and experience with management systems (ITIL, Cobit, ISMS, Risk Management).

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow, particularly in the areas of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and IRM (Integrated Risk Management).

• Industry knowledge in financial services, insurance, or government sectors is desirable.

• Familiarity with large data centers and complex infrastructures.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English, both spoken and written.
