This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of federal programs.

• Create and manage custom applications, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.

• Enhance and evolve ServiceNow ITSM functionalities.

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow portals and web-based user interfaces.

• Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects to implement scalable, standards-compliant solutions.

• Engage in Agile and SAFe ceremonies.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards.

• Assist with platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.

• Diagnose and resolve ServiceNow defects and production issues.

• Ensure that configurations and customizations adhere to federal standards and best practices.

• Contribute to technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

• Support and enhance ITSM knowledge enablement.

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

• Extensive experience in developing custom ServiceNow applications.

• Practical experience in ServiceNow portal development (Service Portal and/or UI Builder).

• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript and Glide APIs.

• Experience in Agile or SAFe delivery methodologies.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Certification as a ServiceNow CSA and CAD or CIS is necessary.

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IT Service Management (ITSM).

• Strong background in Service Portal, UI Builder, and user experience design.

• Experience in configuring ITSM modules.

• Familiarity with the ServiceNow data model and performance optimization techniques.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
