This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provides support for the technical architecture design, ensuring high code quality and a reliable, recoverable environment.
• Aids in the design, prototyping, implementation, testing, and deployment of business rules and technical solutions.
• Creates custom integration components and connects legacy systems to the platform using mid-server and other applicable technologies.
• Documents, maintains, and updates policies, procedures, and controls for platform operations and the software development life cycle, while advocating for agile development practices.
• Supports ServiceNow System Administrators in resolving incidents as necessary.
• Designs and develops new applications and services within ServiceNow.
• Collaborates with the ServiceNow Business Analyst to estimate the level of effort required for releases.
• U.S. Citizenship is required. Must be capable of obtaining a Secret clearance and DHS Suitability.
• Practical experience with ServiceNow FSM and/or Service Bridge.
• Understanding of the principles, methods, and techniques utilized in ServiceNow development.
• Knowledge in Enterprise and/or IT Service Management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow System Administration.
• Experience in gathering requirements, designing database schemas, and data modeling.
• A minimum of 8 years of directly relevant experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Familiarity with process and solution integration, workflow design/configuration, and reporting.
• Experience with integration components (such as SSO, LDAP) and web technologies (including XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services).
• Knowledge of LDAP Integration, ServiceNow Development APIs, and troubleshooting performance-related issues.
