Senior ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions.

• Act as a senior technical authority for the ServiceNow platform.

• Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems utilizing REST and SOAP APIs.

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Track platform performance and leverage analytics to identify trends and enhance efficiency.

• Participate in Agile planning and execution to deliver high-quality features on schedule.

• Promote operational excellence by uncovering root causes and suggesting improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Extensive hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer in a senior or lead role.

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, administration, and functionalities.

• Experience with modules including ITSM, HRSD, Integration Hub, and AI Agents.

• Strong technical expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and related technologies.

• Proven experience in building scoped applications and complex integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
