Senior ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications utilizing App Engine to fulfill specific business needs.

• Develop and maintain sophisticated scripts, business rules, and client-side scripts.

• Design and assist with data migration processes from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring precision and consistency.

• Perform comprehensive testing of ServiceNow configurations to confirm functionality, data integrity, and user experience.

• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges associated with ServiceNow implementations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide effective solutions.

• Participate in Agile Scrum teams to guarantee the timely delivery of features and improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be eligible to obtain DHS Public Trust.

• Over 6 years of software development experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with ServiceNow portal customization.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required.

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine for configuration and customization.

• Capability to develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client-side scripts.

• Experience in supporting data migration from legacy systems to ServiceNow.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
