This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.
• Act as a dual role of ServiceNow developer and product owner.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify business challenges.
• Collect and prioritize requirements effectively.
• Oversee and prioritize the ServiceNow backlog.
• Provide technical solutions that are in line with business strategies.
• Convert stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and workflows.
• Enhance business processes by leveraging automation and platform capabilities.
• Maintain a balance between strategic product ownership duties and practical technical development.
• Promote adoption and realization of value across the ServiceNow platform.
• Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with teams located in different geographical areas.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Capability to transform stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and workflows.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and managing competing priorities.
• Strong grasp of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, Automation Engine, and platform automation features.
• Experience in designing and supporting REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience working with geographically distributed teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% as required.
