Senior ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Configuration, development, and maintenance of **ServiceNow** solutions, with a particular focus on **CMDB, HAM, and Discovery**.

• Identification, analysis, and resolution of Discovery errors and data quality issues.

• Advanced **troubleshooting and optimization** of ServiceNow solutions in the areas of CMDB / HAM / Discovery.

• Development and optimization of **scripts supporting CMDB, HAM, and Discovery**.

• Independent execution of technical tasks in accordance with **ServiceNow best practices**.

• Close collaboration with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.

• Preparation of **technical documentation** and reporting on work progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess **senior-level commercial experience with the ServiceNow platform**.

• You have strong, practical experience in the areas of **CMDB, HAM Pro, and Discovery** (including Agent Client Collector).

• You are capable of effectively **diagnosing and resolving Discovery errors** as well as enhancing data quality in CMDB.

• You adeptly tackle **complex technical issues** within ServiceNow (CMDB / HAM / Discovery).

• You have a solid understanding of **JavaScript** in the context of ServiceNow scripting, with experience in **Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, GlideRecord**.

• You build automations using **Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub**.

• You operate in accordance with **ServiceNow best practices** and manage **end-to-end** tasks.

• You are proficient in **English**, capable of project-level communication at a minimum B2 level.

• Experience working with **SAM Pro**.

• Practical experience in **end-to-end implementations of HAM Pro and/or SAM Pro**.

• Possession of **ServiceNow CIS certification** (preferably CIS – Discovery) or **Certified Application Developer (CAD)**.
