This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development of the ServiceNow platform for a significant government healthcare organization.

• Design and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and business logic.

• Create integrations with government enterprise systems utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.

• Develop Service Portal pages and widgets to enhance the user interface.

• Establish and maintain data import/export processes for effective data reconciliation.

• Implement role-based access controls and security configurations.

• Create automated testing solutions using ServiceNow ATF.

• Engage in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

• Diagnose production issues and apply appropriate fixes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development.

• At least 4 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.

• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST API development.

• Preferred experience with healthcare IT systems and relevant data standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is mandatory.
