This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
• Design and development of intricate IT systems/applications
• Main emphasis on development within Request Fulfilment / Catalog Items
• Requirement analysis and communication with internal stakeholders
• Utilize agreed programming languages or tools to create automation solutions
• Development in accordance with Agile methodology – experience in SCRUM / Agile Development
• Preparation of technical documentation
• Innovative approach to complex solutions and utilized technology
• Active involvement in research & development projects
• Collaborate closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts for implementation and testing of the developed solutions
• Mentor junior developers and participate in the onboarding process
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, particularly in creating custom applications
• Experience in fulfilling requirements in ServiceNow: configuration, scripting, and solution development
• Proficient in using Service Portal, Catalog Items, and Self-Service Applications
• Experience with data migrations, CMDB data modeling, and ServiceNow Foundation Data
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (preferably ITIL v4) and their mapping to ServiceNow
• Proficient in JavaScript within the ServiceNow context (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Workflows)
• Safe handling of ServiceNow configuration and development tools
• Experience with update sets, scoped applications, and version control
• Understanding of security concepts (roles, ACLs, data access models)
• Experience with automation (flows, workflows, integrations)
• Organized and dependable work style with high-quality standards
• Ability to swiftly comprehend technical requirements and implement them in ServiceNow
• Independent worker within the development team and capability to collaborate in a team
• Experience in agile projects (Scrum) is an advantage
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a MUST
• Additional ServiceNow certifications are advantageous (optional)
• ITSM ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS ITSM)
• Over 3 years of project experience
• Proficient knowledge of written and spoken German (nice to have)
