This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to comprehend and document business outcomes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deploy ServiceNow solutions effectively.
• Assist in the design and execution of data migration from legacy systems to ServiceNow.
• Support architects and senior developers in the integration of ServiceNow with various systems.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and other technical decisions.
• Perform extensive testing on ServiceNow configurations.
• Facilitate end-user training to promote seamless adoption of the implemented solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues associated with ServiceNow implementations.
• Follow security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
• Mentor Associate ServiceNow Developers.
• Over 6 years of experience in software development.
• At least 2 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in CSM or ITSM.
• Over 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
• At least 1 year of experience in Portal customization.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in advanced scripting beyond basic ServiceNow scripts.
• At least 1 year of experience working in Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Active DHS or DoW government clearance is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in App Engine.
• Certification in one or more additional mainline certifications is preferred.
