Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with client stakeholders and team members to collect requirements and convert them into technical specifications for delivery.

• Facilitate and coordinate client demonstrations, testing, and workshops to guarantee a smooth project lifecycle at every stage.

• Champion quality and change management while ensuring that ServiceNow industry standards remain central to the tasks performed.

• Deliver comprehensive and ongoing documentation to relay requirements and provide visibility into all pertinent project information.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of the solutions we implement and the business needs of our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• An experienced Business Analyst with a minimum of 4 years dedicated to working with ServiceNow clients.

• A strong communicator adept at engaging directly with client stakeholders.

• Highly skilled in relationship building, improving business processes, gathering requirements, defining optimal client solutions, and aiding organizational change management.

• An efficiency optimizer who automates and streamlines processes throughout project lifecycles, employing both traditional (waterfall) and agile methodologies.

• Knowledgeable in basic administration of the ServiceNow platform (CSA Preferred) as well as the ITIL framework.

• Committed to doing the right thing, regardless of the effort required.

• A willing traveler, open to up to 20% travel time.
