Senior ServiceDesk Reliability Engineer – SDRE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Terraform**: prior hands-on experience or readiness to quickly bridge any knowledge gaps;

• **SRE fundamentals**: understanding of core metrics such as SLO/SLI, error budget, MTTA/MTTR, toil management, and postmortems;

• **Go/Python**: ability to write scripts/CLIs for REST APIs (pagination, retries, idempotency); data export to a database (preferably **Go**);

• **Jira Service Management** (+JSM Operations) API + Automation: experience with JQL/CRUD, webhooks, webhook actions, field setups, SLA/escalations;

• **GCP** Basic: experience in deploying small tasks on Cloud Run/Functions and using BigQuery;

• Participation in incident recording and resolution;

• Demonstrated autonomy and proactivity; strong teamwork skills (critical); capability to manage tasks end-to-end and collaborate with engineering and product teams; adept at identifying bottlenecks;

• **Communication (English B2+)**: experience in conducting war rooms and facilitating meetings with engineering leads and product managers.

• **Nice to have:**

• Experience with **Google Cloud** (GCF);

• Experience in the fintech sector;

• Knowledge of **Kubernetes** components.
