Senior ServiceDesk Reliability Engineer – SDRE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• - **Terraform**: hands-on experience preferred (or eagerness to quickly bridge any gaps);

• - **SRE fundamentals**: essential metrics SLO/SLI, error budgets, MTTA/MTTR, toil management, postmortems;

• - **Go/Python**: develop scripts/CLIs for REST APIs (including pagination, retries, idempotency); facilitate data export to a database (**Go preferred**);

• - **Jira Service Management** (+JSM Operations) API + Automation: proficient in JQL/CRUD, webhooks, webhook actions, setting up fields, SLA/escalations;

• - **GCP** Basic: deploy minor tasks on Cloud Run/Functions and work with BigQuery;

• - Participate in incident recording and resolution efforts;

• - Autonomy and proactivity; strong emphasis on teamwork (essential); capacity to manage tasks end-to-end and collaborate with engineering and product teams; ability to identify bottlenecks;

• - **Communication (English B2+):** leading war rooms, facilitating discussions with engineering leads and product managers.
