Senior ServiceDesk Reliability Engineer – SDRE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

⛳️ Requirements

• Terraform: prior hands-on experience (or a willingness to quickly bridge the gap);

• SRE fundamentals: understanding of core metrics such as SLO/SLI, error budgets, MTTA/MTTR, toil management, and conducting postmortems;

• Go/Python: ability to write scripts/CLIs for REST APIs (including pagination, retries, and idempotency) and to export data to a database (preferably using Go);

• Jira Service Management (+JSM Operations) API + Automation: proficiency in JQL/CRUD, webhooks, actions for webhooks, field setups, and managing SLA/escalations;

• Basic GCP knowledge: capable of deploying small tasks on Cloud Run/Functions and working with BigQuery;

• Experience in incident recording and participation in resolution efforts;

• Autonomy & proactivity; strong teamwork skills are critical; ability to manage tasks from start to finish and collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams; capability to identify bottlenecks;

• Communication skills (English B2+): adept at running war rooms and facilitating meetings with engineering leads and product managers.

• Nice to have:

• Experience with Google Cloud (GCF);

• Background in fintech;

• Familiarity with Kubernetes components.
