This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

• Terraform: previous hands-on experience or a willingness to quickly bridge any knowledge gaps;
• SRE fundamentals: understanding of core metrics such as SLO/SLI, error budgets, MTTA/MTTR, toil management, and postmortems;
• Go/Python: capability to write scripts/CLIs for REST APIs (including pagination, retries, and idempotency); exporting data to a database (Go preferred);
• Jira Service Management (+JSM Operations) API + Automation: proficiency in JQL/CRUD, webhooks, webhook actions, field setup, SLA/escalations;
• GCP Basic: experience in deploying small tasks on Cloud Run/Functions and working with BigQuery;
• Incident documentation and engagement in resolution efforts;
• Autonomy and proactivity; strong teamwork skills (essential); capability to manage tasks from start to finish and collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams; ability to identify and address bottlenecks;
• Communication skills (English B2+): ability to lead war-rooms and facilitate meetings with engineering leads and product managers.
