Senior ServiceDesk Reliability Engineer – SDRE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• - **Terraform**: prior hands-on experience (or willingness to quickly bridge the gap);

• - **SRE fundamentals**: essential metrics SLO/SLI, error budget, MTTA/MTTR, toil management, and postmortems;

• - **Go/Python**: develop scripts/CLIs for REST APIs (pagination, retries, idempotency); export data to a database (**Go preferred**);

• - **Jira Service Management** (+JSM Operations) API + Automation: JQL/CRUD, webhooks, webhook actions, fields configuration, SLA/escalations;

• - **GCP Basic**: deploying small tasks on Cloud Run/Functions and working with BigQuery;

• - Recording incidents and participating in their resolution;

• - Autonomy & proactivity; strong teamwork (essential); capability to manage tasks from start to finish and collaborate with engineering and product teams; ability to pinpoint bottlenecks;

• - **Communication (English B2+):** leading war-rooms, facilitating meetings with engineering leads and product managers.
