This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Deliver reliability assistance utilizing SRE principles.
• Create scripts and automation to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with engineering teams on incident management and resolutions.
• Engage in and lead engineering meetings.
• Terraform: previous hands-on experience or a strong willingness to quickly bridge knowledge gaps;
• SRE fundamentals: understanding of key metrics such as SLO/SLI, error budget, MTTA/MTTR, toil management, and postmortems;
• Go/Python: ability to write scripts/CLIs for REST APIs (including pagination, retries, idempotency); export data to a database (preferably using Go);
• Jira Service Management (+JSM Operations) API + Automation: proficiency in JQL/CRUD, webhooks, webhook actions, field configurations, SLA/escalation processes;
• Basic GCP: experience deploying minor tasks on Cloud Run/Functions and using BigQuery;
• Involvement in incident documentation and resolution efforts;
• Self-sufficiency and initiative; strong collaboration skills (essential); capability to manage tasks from start to finish while working with engineering and product teams; ability to pinpoint bottlenecks;
• Communication skills (English B2+): leading war-room sessions and facilitating meetings with engineering leads and product managers.
