This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

• Solid understanding of SRE fundamentals: core metrics SLO/SLI, error budgets, MTTA/MTTR, and toil management.
• Experience with AI technologies, including Claude code, Claude CLI, and MCP.
• Proficiency in monitoring systems: APM, log management, tracing, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with Jira Service Management (+JSM Operations) API and automation, including JQL/CRUD, webhooks, webhook actions, field setup, and SLA/escalations.
• Basic knowledge of GCP: deploying minor tasks on Cloud Run/Functions and BigQuery.
• Experience in incident management and involvement in resolution and postmortems (critical). Willingness to be on-call and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Proficient in Go/Python for writing scripts and CLIs that interact with REST APIs (pagination, retries, idempotency); capable of exporting data to a database (Go preferred).
• Background in using no-code builders.
• Demonstrated autonomy and proactivity; strong teamwork skills (critical); ability to take ownership of tasks from start to finish and collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams; capability to identify bottlenecks.
• Effective communication skills (English B2+): leading war rooms and facilitating meetings with engineering leads and product managers.
• Nice to have:
• Experience with Google Cloud (GCF).
• Familiarity with the Datadog monitoring system.
• Knowledge of Terraform.
• Experience in the fintech industry.
• Understanding of Kubernetes components.
