Senior Service Offering Management Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Design IT solutions for the Pharmacy Engineering Team and Pharmacy IT Team focusing on IT infrastructure.

• Provide guidance on solution designs that adhere to established technology patterns or create new ones.

• Evaluate the effects of change on service quality and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Create service-level metrics that can be tracked against industry benchmarks.

• Conduct design sessions to ensure alignment of infrastructure requests with Humana IT standards.

• Oversee the delivery of IT infrastructure in accordance with specified SLAs.

• Make technical decisions regarding project components.

• Shape departmental strategy and define objectives and methods for assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

• A minimum of 5 years of technical experience.

• Proven experience in assessing the impact of change on service quality and SLAs.

• Familiarity with establishing metrics that can be monitored against a benchmark.

• Excellent leadership capabilities.

• A strong commitment to enhancing consumer experiences.

• Master's Degree is preferred.
