Senior SEO Specialist – Senior/Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement effective SEO strategies that align with business objectives

• Propel websites to top rankings on Google and maintain consistent positions in competitive markets

• Develop and execute plans for content and link-building

• Analyze SERPs, competitors, and the market landscape to uncover growth opportunities

• Establish SEO objectives and ensure the achievement of KPIs

• Monitor performance, evaluate results, and prepare regular reports

• Plan and manage budgets according to defined KPIs; optimize costs and ROI

• Generate and test SEO hypotheses while exploring new traffic acquisition channels

• Prepare and assign technical tasks for content, development, and analytics, overseeing their execution

• Potentially coordinate cross-functional teams in content, development, analytics, and outreach

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a related SEO role within the gambling/iGaming industry

• Practical experience working with the EU market

• Experience in Tier 1 markets is a significant advantage

• Demonstrated success in promoting websites in competitive/grey niches within the last 3–6 months

• Profound understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors

• Ability to make quick decisions and adapt websites in response to search engine updates

• Strong grasp of website architecture, development principles, and technical SEO basics

• Hands-on experience with search engine filters, manual penalties, and domain blocks

• Comprehensive knowledge of both on-page and off-page SEO optimization

• Experience in preparing and assigning technical tasks for content, development, and analytics, while managing their execution

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes of performance issues

• Proficiency in Ukrainian, both written and spoken

• Experience with WordPress configuration and website launch is a plus

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams is a plus

• A strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to delve deeply for solutions is a plus

• Understanding of the price–quality ratio when evaluating backlinks and domains is a plus

• Experience with alternative or grey-hat promotion methods is a plus

• Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML at the site administration level is a plus

• Experience with automating business processes is a plus

• Confident use of modern LLM systems is a plus
