Senior SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and execute SEO strategies for product websites, satellite sites, and PBN networks.

• Perform market and SERP analysis to discover growth opportunities, establish launch priorities, and steer projects towards measurable business outcomes.

• Track rankings, algorithm changes, technical performance, and project risks, making adjustments to strategies as needed.

• Execute thorough technical SEO audits of large-scale and SPA-based websites and develop clear technical specifications for developers.

• Formulate content strategies and offer actionable insights to the content team.

• Develop internal and external linking strategies and create anchor plans for SEO initiatives.

• Define and monitor SEO KPIs, analyze performance, and convert findings into actionable recommendations.

• Utilize tools such as SE Ranking, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Similarweb to assess performance and aid in strategic decision-making.

• Work closely with Product, Development, Content, and other teams to ensure the comprehensive implementation of SEO projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in SEO, including a minimum of 2 years in iGaming or other highly competitive sectors.

• Extensive knowledge of grey- and black-hat SEO techniques, demonstrated by successful cases involving PBNs, cloaking, and other unconventional promotion methods.

• Proven track record of managing multiple complex SEO projects concurrently without sacrificing quality or speed of delivery.

• Significant experience in handling domain blocks, including developing mitigation strategies and successfully migrating projects to mirrors or new domains in restricted GEOs.

• Practical experience with SPA websites and their associated SEO challenges, such as SSR and pre-rendering.

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to conduct thorough technical audits and define precise optimization requirements for developers.

• Demonstrated ability to rank projects for high-value keywords in competitive markets.

• In-depth knowledge of international SEO, GEO-specific SERPs, and search engine behavior across various markets.

• Capability to prioritize tasks, make independent decisions, and swiftly adapt to algorithm changes.

• Excellent communication skills in Ukrainian or Russian for effective internal collaboration.

• Nice to have: Practical experience in setting up and launching websites on WordPress.

• Strong research and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify non-obvious SEO opportunities.

• Solid understanding of the price-quality relationship when assessing backlinks and domains.

• Familiarity with automation tools or AI-driven SEO workflows.
