This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and oversee local search performance across 15 markets: Denver, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Oakland, San Jose, Palo Alto, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, Seattle, Bellevue, Everett, Atlanta, Savannah, and Alpharetta.
• Administer Google Business Profiles, local landing-page architecture, citations, review signals, and internal linking that connects state guides and city pages to consultation opportunities.
• Direct strategy, planning, organization, and documentation for technical SEO readiness in preparation for the scheduled website launch in November.
• Oversee technical website health both prior to and following migration, focusing on crawl and index health, rendering, redirects, canonical tags, structured data, and monitoring after launch.
• Assess webmaster-related tasks, highlight issues requiring further attention or clarification, and execute actions in partnership with the relevant functions.
• Enhance and broaden visibility across Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot.
• Leverage citation and visibility data to pinpoint opportunities and improve visibility, especially outside of Google.
• Identify content gaps, create keyword and content maps, and prioritize content development for divorce, custody, child support, spousal maintenance, and property division across various states and markets.
• Measure and report on SEO impact utilizing Google Search Console, GA4, and HubSpot.
• Analyze effects on impressions, clicks, consultations, qualified leads, conversions, and revenue, while identifying ineffective initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership in Content, Web, and Marketing to synchronize technical SEO, content, website modifications, and organic growth objectives.
• In the initial 30 days, comprehend the client-conversion funnel, audit local search across all 15 markets, and pinpoint the three most critical issues.
• From days 31 to 60, lead technical SEO readiness for the November launch, implement initial market and practice-area pages, collaborate on the development of new website pages, and foster organic growth.
• In days 61 to 90, assess answer-engine visibility and propose a prioritized plan for underrepresented AI-search platforms.
• A minimum of four years of professional SEO experience, including at least two years supporting multi-location or multi-market websites.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, with the capability to interpret crawl reports, diagnose rendering issues, and collaborate effectively with web developers to resolve technical challenges.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Search Console and GA4, with the ability to leverage first-party data to assess performance, identify opportunities, and provide informed recommendations.
• Experience in managing the technical SEO aspects of at least one website migration from launch through post-launch monitoring.
• Proven ability to link SEO initiatives to measurable business results, including qualified leads, consultations, conversions, or revenue—not just search rankings.
• Background in the legal, healthcare, or other regulated professional services industries is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Practical experience using AI-search visibility and answer engine optimization tools to track citations, brand presence, and share of answer is beneficial, but not essential.
• Experience in implementing and validating structured data and schema markup is beneficial, but not strictly required.
• Spanish-language SEO knowledge is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with using HubSpot to monitor organic leads, consultations, and conversions through the client-acquisition funnel is beneficial, but not essential.
• Capability to perform assigned tasks with or without reasonable accommodations.
