📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee local search performance across 15 markets: Denver, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Oakland, San Jose, Palo Alto, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, Seattle, Bellevue, Everett, Atlanta, Savannah, and Alpharetta.

• Administer Google Business Profiles, local landing-page architecture, citations, review signals, and internal linking that connects state guides and city pages to consultation opportunities.

• Direct strategy, planning, organization, and documentation for technical SEO readiness in preparation for the scheduled website launch in November.

• Oversee technical website health both prior to and following migration, focusing on crawl and index health, rendering, redirects, canonical tags, structured data, and monitoring after launch.

• Assess webmaster-related tasks, highlight issues requiring further attention or clarification, and execute actions in partnership with the relevant functions.

• Enhance and broaden visibility across Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot.

• Leverage citation and visibility data to pinpoint opportunities and improve visibility, especially outside of Google.

• Identify content gaps, create keyword and content maps, and prioritize content development for divorce, custody, child support, spousal maintenance, and property division across various states and markets.

• Measure and report on SEO impact utilizing Google Search Console, GA4, and HubSpot.

• Analyze effects on impressions, clicks, consultations, qualified leads, conversions, and revenue, while identifying ineffective initiatives.

• Collaborate with leadership in Content, Web, and Marketing to synchronize technical SEO, content, website modifications, and organic growth objectives.

• In the initial 30 days, comprehend the client-conversion funnel, audit local search across all 15 markets, and pinpoint the three most critical issues.

• From days 31 to 60, lead technical SEO readiness for the November launch, implement initial market and practice-area pages, collaborate on the development of new website pages, and foster organic growth.

• In days 61 to 90, assess answer-engine visibility and propose a prioritized plan for underrepresented AI-search platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of four years of professional SEO experience, including at least two years supporting multi-location or multi-market websites.

• Strong technical SEO knowledge, with the capability to interpret crawl reports, diagnose rendering issues, and collaborate effectively with web developers to resolve technical challenges.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Search Console and GA4, with the ability to leverage first-party data to assess performance, identify opportunities, and provide informed recommendations.

• Experience in managing the technical SEO aspects of at least one website migration from launch through post-launch monitoring.

• Experience in implementing and validating structured data and schema markup is beneficial, but not strictly required.

• Spanish-language SEO knowledge is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with using HubSpot to monitor organic leads, consultations, and conversions through the client-acquisition funnel is beneficial, but not essential.
