Senior SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of local search performance across 15 markets, including management of Google Business Profiles, local landing-page structure, citations, review signals, and internal linking.

• Spearhead strategy, planning, organization, and documentation for technical SEO readiness in anticipation of the November website launch.

• Oversee crawl and index health, rendering, redirects, canonical tags, structured data, and post-launch monitoring efforts.

• Review Webmaster-related tasks, identify items that require attention or clarification, and implement solutions in collaboration with relevant teams.

• Enhance and expand visibility across Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot.

• Leverage citation and visibility data to pinpoint answer-engine opportunities and bolster the firm’s presence beyond Google.

• Identify content gaps, create keyword and content maps, and prioritize content development on divorce, custody, child support, spousal maintenance, and property division topics by state and market.

• Measure and report on SEO impact utilizing Google Search Console, GA4, and HubSpot.

• Assess the effects on impressions, clicks, and consultations while identifying initiatives that may not yield the desired results.

• Partner with Content, Web, and Marketing leadership to synchronize technical SEO, content development, website modifications, and organic growth objectives.

• Cultivate an understanding of the client-conversion funnel from Google Search Console queries to signed cases in HubSpot.

• Conduct audits of local search performance across all 15 markets to identify the three most critical organic-search issues.

• Lead efforts for technical SEO readiness for the November website launch and execute initial market and practice-area pages.

• Assess current AI-search visibility and present a prioritized strategy to enhance underrepresented platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of four years of professional SEO experience, with at least two years focused on multi-location or multi-market websites.

• Strong technical SEO skills, including the ability to analyze crawl reports, diagnose rendering issues, and work collaboratively with web developers to resolve technical challenges.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Search Console and GA4, with the capacity to utilize first-party data to assess performance, pinpoint opportunities, and make strategic recommendations.

• Experience managing the technical SEO demands of at least one website migration from launch through post-launch monitoring.

• Proven track record of linking SEO initiatives to measurable business outcomes, such as qualified leads, consultations, conversions, or revenue—not just search rankings.

• All candidates and incumbents are expected to fulfill assigned duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Experience in the legal, healthcare, or another regulated professional-services sector is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Hands-on experience with AI-search visibility and answer engine optimization tools is beneficial but not required.

• Experience in implementing and validating structured data and schema markup is helpful but not necessary.

• Knowledge of Spanish-language SEO is advantageous but not required.

• Familiarity with using HubSpot to track organic leads, consultations, and conversions is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Tools and technology: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Otterly.ai, HubSpot integrated with Salesforce, CallRail, and Screaming Frog or equivalent.
