This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Implement and enhance the global SEO strategy for our portals and products.
• Collaborate on quarterly plans and long-term SEO strategies with SEO leaders and other Marketing and Business stakeholders.
• Work closely with teams from the US, Puerto Rico, India, and Poland, including Product, Design/UX, Content, Engineering, and Customer Support, to plan, organize, and manage cross-team collaboration and shared projects aimed at maximizing business growth.
• Create and refine SEO, UX, and content for our portals and products.
• Monitor SEO performance and continually seek opportunities to increase organic traffic and sales.
• Take ownership of our SEO traffic and revenue objectives.
• Each quarter, review and establish team and individual goals in our Roadmap to enhance our SEO performance and track progress against monthly objectives and the annual budget.
• Established track record in designing and executing SEO and content strategies in the US market.
• Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and techniques.

• Effective time management and project management capabilities.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and uncertainty.

• Experience with WordPress and JIRA.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, data science, or a related field.
• Comfort and skill in data analysis, including Google Analytics, with expertise in SQL, Microstrategy, or similar tools.
• Proficient in the English language.
