This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate and address AI/ML security vulnerabilities, encompassing model integrity, data poisoning, prompt injection, adversarial attacks, and threats posed by agentic AI.
• Establish and uphold security protocols, tools, and automation throughout AI/ML pipelines and infrastructure.
• Specify and implement secure AI development and delivery methodologies across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Assess and enhance the security of agentic AI systems, including multi-agent frameworks, tool usage structures, and autonomous decision-making processes.
• Contribute to AI governance projects, policy formulation, risk evaluations, and frameworks promoting responsible AI usage.
• Collaborate across departments to integrate AI security measures within engineering and operations teams.
• Manage AI security initiatives from initial concept to final delivery.
• Create and update technical security documentation pertinent to AI systems and models.
• Assist with compliance efforts, audits, and technical reviews related to AI/ML environments.
• At least 7–10 years of hands-on experience in a security architecture and engineering position within an agile SaaS development setting.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional security projects in an agile SaaS environment.
• Strong foundational knowledge and experience in core AppSec areas.
• Practical experience in security architecture and implementation for microservices, cloud-native, and serverless application designs.
• Proficient in GitOps implementation, security, and usage.
• Background in developing security tools and automation as software.
• Experience with ongoing security and compliance practices.
• Recent practical exposure to securing AI/ML environments.
• Familiarity with AI/ML security risks and frameworks, such as OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF, and the EU AI Act.
• Understanding of agentic AI architectures and their associated risks, including autonomous agents, tool orchestration, memory systems, and multi-agent coordination.
• Preferred: direct experience with LLM security, model red-teaming, or AI threat modeling.
• Preferred: hands-on experience securing agentic AI systems utilizing LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar tools.
• Preferred: experience in contributing to or executing AI governance initiatives, risk management registers, or responsible AI policies.
• Preferred: experience with security incident response in AI/ML settings.
• Preferred: knowledge of model transparency, explainability, bias/fairness considerations, and data lineage.
• Preferred: relevant certifications such as ISC2 AI Security, CISSP, CCSP, CSSLP, ISSAP, or ISSEP.
• Preference will be given to candidates located in the EST time zone.
