This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Develop a Universal Provisioning Engine and tailor integration layers that meet the expectations of external auditors while allowing internal teams to concentrate on delivering features.
• Remove the engineering "interruption tax," provide leadership with a real-time, data-informed perspective of our risk posture, and maintain continuous compliance with no audit surprises.
• Design a centralized security telemetry system that programmatically gathers control evidence and health in real-time, shifting from manual snapshots to continuous data streams for an 'always-on' overview of our security posture.
• Create solutions for systems that do not have native IGA support.
• Collaborate with our risk management team to develop a secure method for generating agentic risk assessment workflows utilizing the data and outcomes from collected information.
• Strong practical experience in security automation and identity engineering (IAM/IGA).
• High proficiency in at least one widely-used programming language to create scalable automation, with required experience in Python, JavaScript (TypeScript highly preferred), or Go.
• Proven track record in building scalable and dependable automation ecosystems.
• Familiarity with compliance automation, continuous control monitoring, and enhancing GRC tools to fulfill the detailed requirements of various compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of risks related to change management, logical access, and data integrity.
• Proven ability to convert complex security/GRC requirements into automated workflows and self-healing technical guardrails.
• Strong intuition for reducing operational friction and the engineering "interruption tax."
• Experience in delivering continuous data streams for security posture and risk validation.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field (bonus point).
• Prior experience at a cloud infrastructure, database, or developer tools company (bonus point).
• Experience with AI/Agentic risk engines and non-deterministic risk assessments (bonus point).
