Senior Cybersecurity Engineer – IAM, Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• As a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer in IAM & Automation, you will be responsible for ensuring that identity and access management at Xepelin is executed in a manner that is automatic, auditable, and frictionless for the organization.

• Your mission is not to manage access manually; rather, it is to develop systems and workflows that eliminate the need for such tasks.

• You will collaborate with IT, HR, and business areas, acting as the bridge between daily access requirements and the automated solutions that address them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in Python development, particularly focusing on backend, RESTful APIs, and process automation.

• Experience in identity and access management (IAM): directories, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and user lifecycle management.

• Experience integrating IAM tools with external systems via APIs (SCIM, LDAP, OAuth/OIDC, or similar).

• Experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Experience with FastAPI or Flask for building internal services.

• A mindset geared towards automation: manual support is the starting point, not the goal.

• A natural curiosity about AI applied to automation and access anomaly detection.

• Experience in technology or fintech companies is a plus.
