AI Automation Engineer – Claude Code, AI Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create, construct, and sustain production-ready AI agents utilizing Claude Code and contemporary LLM technologies.

• Develop modular systems based on agents that can manage intricate business workflows.

• Establish reusable AI frameworks that are capable of scaling across various enterprises.

• Design workflows that incorporate human oversight, including approval and exception management.

• Continuously enhance the performance, reliability, and accuracy of the agents.

• Construct advanced automation workflows employing tools like n8n, Make, and APIs.

• Integrate customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing platforms, databases, communication tools, and internal systems.

• Develop event-driven workflows utilizing webhooks and APIs.

• Evaluate operational workflows and pinpoint opportunities for automation.

• Convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Document systems, architecture, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in developing AI-driven applications, automation systems, or intelligent workflows.

• Proficient experience with Claude Code and AI-assisted development.

• Strong programming abilities in Python.

• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and Git.

• Experience in creating AI agents and multi-agent workflows.

• Practical experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n or Make.

• Solid understanding of prompt engineering and structured outputs.

• Experience in integrating various SaaS platforms through APIs and webhooks.

• Knowledge of LLM architecture and AI workflow design.

• Familiarity with debugging, testing, and optimizing AI systems.

• Understanding of deployment concepts including Docker, cloud environments, and scalable infrastructure.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities along with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
