AI Automation Engineer – Microsoft Copilot Studio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and maintain AI-driven copilots utilizing Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Craft intelligent automation solutions that enhance and simplify business processes.

• Set up conversational AI experiences along with generative AI functionalities.

• Design and execute automation workflows through Microsoft Power Automate or other automation platforms.

• Seamlessly integrate Copilot Studio with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and enterprise applications.

• Develop API integrations and custom connectors to support various applications.

• Collect business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Diagnose, optimize, and continuously enhance AI automation solutions.

• Work collaboratively with Solution Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders.

• Adhere to engineering best practices and contribute to technical enhancements.

• For candidates at the Lead level: offer technical direction, assist in solution design, and mentor fellow engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Prior experience delivering automation solutions via platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent.

• Proficiency in integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs.

• Familiarity with conversational AI and generative AI principles.

• Experience within the Microsoft 365 and/or Dynamics 365 ecosystems.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in Agile environments.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

• Fluent English - C1 level.

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.

• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI.

• Experience with Power Apps.

• Experience in integrating Microsoft Teams.

• Knowledge of Azure services.

• Experience in designing reusable automation frameworks.
