This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategic client consulting: You assess our clients' business objectives and create customized strategies for Search and Shopping Ads on Google and Microsoft.
• Campaign management: You oversee the complete planning, execution, and monitoring of complex national and international SEA campaigns, focusing on Search & Shopping Ads.
• Budget responsibility: You autonomously manage and optimize substantial budgets, ensuring the accomplishment of established KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPL, etc.).
• Performance analysis & reporting: You generate comprehensive analyses and reports, formulate actionable recommendations, and confidently present your findings and strategic proposals to clients.
• Innovation & continuous improvement: You consistently observe the market and emerging trends, test new betas, tools, and ad formats, and actively share your insights with the team.
• Mentoring: You guide junior team members as a mentor in their professional and personal growth, acting as a sparring partner within the team.
• Client growth: You proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with your existing clients.
• Experience: You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the operational and strategic management of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
• Expertise: You have extensive knowledge in all relevant areas, particularly campaign structuring, management and optimization, conversion tracking, and automation.
• Analytical skills: Numbers are your passion. You are proficient in using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other common analytics and reporting tools. Working with large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets comes naturally to you.
• Client orientation: You communicate professionally and convincingly with clients at eye level and can simplify complex issues for better understanding.
• Initiative: You work in a structured, self-motivated manner and maintain high quality standards for your work.
• Languages: You speak German at a native level (C2) and possess strong English skills (at least B2) in both written and spoken forms.
