This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assess clients’ business goals and create customized strategies for Search and Shopping Ads on Google and Microsoft.
• Strategically plan, execute, and oversee comprehensive national and international SEA campaigns from start to finish, emphasizing Search and Shopping Ads.
• Independently handle and optimize significant budgets.
• Ensure the fulfillment of established KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CPL.
• Generate detailed analyses and reports.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Present outcomes and strategic initiatives to clients.
• Keep an eye on market developments and emerging trends.
• Experiment with new beta features, tools, and ad formats.
• Actively share expertise with the team.
• Guide junior team members and offer both professional and personal support.
• Serve as a collaborative partner within the team.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients proactively.
• Enhance processes and services continuously.
• Contribute significantly to the growth of the services business.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the strategic and operational management of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Experience in an agency setting is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of campaign structuring, management, optimization, conversion tracking, and automation.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and commonly used analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience managing large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong and persuasive communication skills with clients.
• Capability to present complex subjects in a clear and comprehensible way.
• Methodical and independent work style with a strong commitment to quality.
• Native-level proficiency in German (C2).
• Very good written and spoken English (minimum B2).
