Senior Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Development and Product teams to gain insights into the OneStream Platform and/or domain solutions, facilitating effective guidance during estimation and planning processes.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to Scrum teams in Agile principles and practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement while supporting teams in enhancing their self-organization and maturity at a sustainable pace.

• Guide and assist other Scrum Masters by sharing best practices and encouraging cross-team learning.

• Help onboard and educate new employees on Agile concepts and OneStream’s feature development methodologies.

• Expertly facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.

• Ensure that Agile and Scrum processes are well-documented, consistently implemented, and continuously improved to support team success.

• Create and maintain complex Jira dashboards to enhance stakeholder visibility into release progress, Epics, sprints, story and bug tracking, and backlog prioritization.

• Work closely with Product Managers and delivery teams to align execution plans with roadmap priorities, proactively identifying and addressing conflicts or gaps.

• Monitor, manage, and follow up on action items and blockers to guarantee timely resolutions.

• Maintain robust communication with Senior Management and VP-level leaders, providing clear status updates and suggesting process enhancements.

• Lead regular meetings with senior leadership focused on release planning, roadmapping, and progress reporting, utilizing digital whiteboard tools like Miro.

• Eliminate obstacles for teams and coach them to anticipate and address challenges proactively and strategically.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Scrum Certification: A-CSM (Advanced Certified ScrumMaster)

• Over 5 years of dedicated experience as a Scrum Master in a software development setting

• Proven experience in coaching and supporting 2–3 Scrum teams concurrently

• More than 7 years of overall experience in Scrum, project management, or program management.
