Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver services to establish a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) licensing and compliance platform.

• Duties encompass project planning and governance, requirements gathering and user story creation, solution design, systems integration, API and interface development, data conversion and migration, configuration management, testing support, sprint execution, training and knowledge transfer, production deployment, and post-implementation support.

• Facilitate Agile delivery methodologies and contribute to the successful execution of project tasks utilizing Agile practices.

• Work in collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to uphold prioritized product backlogs.

• Track Agile performance metrics and suggest process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or Computer Science is required.

• Must have four (4) years of experience as a Scrum Master on a large-scale, complex IT project within the last eight (8) years, facilitating Agile ceremonies, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Within the past eight (8) years, two (2) years of experience maintaining sprint velocity, goals, and fostering a collaborative, self-organizing environment is required.

• Must have two (2) years of experience working closely with Product Owners within the last eight (8) years, managing all aspects including prioritizing and refining backlogs, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering increments.

• Ability to provide client/user end reference contact information for each relevant project satisfying the requirements upon request in the qualification form is necessary.
