Senior Manager – Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and direct the activities of the project team or scrum team, including the oversight and coordination of events, activities, and milestones.

• Identify and resolve any obstacles or impediments that may impede the team's progress.

• Offer coaching and mentoring to the team and other stakeholders, encouraging collaboration and effective communication across teams, while assisting the Product Owner or Business Owner in scoping, product backlog management, and prioritization.

• Develop strategies to monitor and assess the team's progress using established metrics, promoting self-organization and autonomy among team members, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to boost team performance and productivity.

• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously when required.

• Over 7 years of relevant work experience.

• Proficient in execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting.

• Skilled in business intelligence.

• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.

• Expertise in problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Mastery of a growth mindset, emphasizing agility and personal development for oneself and others.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or information management field, or equivalent technical experience is required.
