Scrum Master Analyst – Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement.

• Assist multidisciplinary teams in the adoption and evolution of agile practices.

• Eliminate obstacles and manage dependencies between teams.

• Track agile metrics and performance indicators, recommending actions for continuous improvement.

• Aid Product Owners and teams in managing and prioritizing the backlog.

• Promote collaboration among business sectors, technical teams, and stakeholders.

• Identify potential risks and help develop mitigation strategies.

• Drive agile transformation initiatives and promote an agile culture throughout the organization.

• Conduct workshops, meetings, and activities aimed at continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mid-level experience as a Scrum Master or in similar roles.

• Practical knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.

• Experience in facilitating agile ceremonies.

• Familiarity with backlog management and tracking agile metrics such as Velocity, Lead Time, Burndown, and Burnup.

• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or comparable software.

• Capability to eliminate impediments and manage risks in agile settings.

• Superior communication and interpersonal skills with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

• Background in software development and/or digital product environments.
