This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Accountable for spearheading, defining, and delivering data and analytics products across the Bank.

• Overseeing the delivery roadmap for our data and analytics products and managing the backlog of issues.

• Implementing agile methodologies in data product management processes and practices.

• Collaborating closely with Data Product Leads, BU Spoke Leads (Product Owners), and Architects to ensure alignment with business expectations while enhancing data product delivery and maintenance.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a business or technology management field or equivalent experience in project/agile management is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in AGILE work management and 3 years in data and analytics is necessary.

• Certification in project management is preferred, especially the Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org.

• 3+ years of experience in the financial and/or banking sector is preferred.

• Significant experience with cloud-based project/agile management tools, such as Jira Software.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized with strong time management abilities.

• Proven capability to function effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines to achieve timely, high-quality results.

• Regularly demonstrates adaptability, resourcefulness, and teamwork in complex environments (e.g., ambiguous, fast-paced, multiple concurrent activities with tight deadlines and shifting priorities) using a forward-thinking, comprehensive approach.

• Proficient in conflict resolution.

• Capable of setting clear expectations and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Able to manage confidential information with discretion.

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy necessary for producing quality deliverables.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with peers, colleagues, and management.

• Excellent oral and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate and influence effectively to inspire and engage both internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to collect and interpret data, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques is an asset.

• High proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite of applications.
