Senior Scientific Director – Team Lead, Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan, develop, and manage scientific content for designated accounts across a range of therapeutic areas.

• Oversee multiple aspects of scientific contributions for large and/or numerous accounts.

• Direct assigned accounts and client relationships.

• Drive brand strategy, including the scientific elements of brand planning and business development.

• Oversee resource distribution.

• Collaborate with client services to create SOWs and timelines.

• Recognize opportunities for both new and organic growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A master's or doctoral degree in a scientific field is mandatory.

• At least 10 years of pertinent experience in promotional medical education content, including advisory boards, speaker programs, and slide presentations.

• Proven organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication capabilities.

• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting scientific data.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and manage projects under tight deadlines with minimal guidance.

• Familiarity with established professional medical editorial standards, such as AMA style.

• Knowledge of ethical guidelines is essential.

• Experience in oncology is required.

• Experience in rare oncology cases is an added advantage.
