Senior Scheduler – Data Center Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and refresh the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for owners.

• Create the schedule management program and associated deliverables for large-scale capital initiatives.

• Act as a trusted advisor while interfacing with project stakeholders, providing guidance and recommendations.

• Draft baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams.

• Conduct resource loading and leveling of schedules.

• Consolidate contractors' schedules for integration into the IMS.

• Evaluate impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities, reporting findings to the project team.

• Monitor deviations and variances in the schedule, assisting in the formulation of alternative corrective measures.

• Implement EVM methodology to assess project progress.

• Regularly review schedules with project team members to ensure accurate and timely data is included.

• Prepare and distribute schedule progress reports, trending charts, and periodic schedule analyses.

• Keep a record of scope changes, trends, and variances that may impact schedule performance.

• Ensure the reliability of the information presented in the schedule.

• Maintain communication with clients and other consultants throughout all project phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field in construction.

• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience.

• Direct experience collaborating within complex matrix environments.

• Proficiency in using Primavera P6.

• Strong communication skills.
