Senior Scala Backend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

• Creating and executing server-side applications that manage intricate data and connect with multiple systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in backend development using Scala.

• Knowledge of functional programming and design patterns.

• Familiarity with frameworks and libraries such as Akka, Play, or Spring Boot.

• Strong grasp of database management and efficient SQL practices.

• Expertise in designing RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party APIs.

• Comprehensive understanding of software engineering principles and agile methodologies.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
