Senior SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the implementation and/or deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) module projects, from initial blueprint to go-live/hypercare.

• Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops (AS-IS/TO-BE) in collaboration with HR and IT departments.

• Create solution designs and comprehensive functional documentation.

• Configure and set parameters for programs, tasks, forms, digital documents, workflows, emails, notifications, eligibility criteria, and routing processes.

• Assist with integrations concerning hiring and onboarding processes within Employee Central (EC) and Recruiting (RCM).

• Design and implement SIT/UAT, formulate test scenarios, support key users, document findings, and address defects.

• Aid in cutover and go-live procedures.

• Diagnose issues related to processes, rules, and integration impacts associated with Onboarding.

• Develop and update test scripts, quick reference guides, training materials, and resources for adoption support.

• Mentor and train key users, managers, and new employees.

• Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure alignment on dependencies, risks, and decision-making.

• Guarantee compliance with the client's HR policies and procedures, as well as SAP best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB), with substantial involvement in implementation and/or deployment initiatives.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Onboarding configuration, including programs, tasks, forms, workflows, and eligibility criteria.

• Experience in gathering requirements and designing processes for onboarding and employee integration.

• Proficient in testing (SIT/UAT), providing support to key users, and resolving defects.

• Functional understanding of SuccessFactors integrations, such as Integration Center, APIs, and connectors, with capability for failure analysis support.

• Competence in preparing functional and technical documentation, including solution designs, mappings, test scripts, and evidence.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification is advantageous.

• Familiarity with other modules, such as Employee Central, Recruiting, and Offboarding, is beneficial.

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is preferred.

• Experience in Onboarding × EC and Onboarding × Recruiting integration projects is a plus.

• Experience with digital documents and electronic signatures integrated into the onboarding process is a plus.

• Ability to lead workshops and provide functional and user training is a plus.
