Senior SAP SD Consultant, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD solutions that align with business needs and adhere to SAP best practices.

• Facilitate and conduct fit-to-standard workshops, blueprint sessions, and business process design workshops.

• Evaluate client processes and convert business requirements into scalable SAP SD solutions.

• Design and configure essential SAP SD processes.

• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with development teams on enhancements, reports, forms, interfaces, and custom developments.

• Assist with unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and resolving defects.

• Offer SAP Fiori expertise to ensure efficient and user-friendly SD operations.

• Collaborate with business users, key users, architects, developers, project managers, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and detailed documentation.

• Mentor junior consultants and offer functional guidance to project team members.

• Deliver hypercare and support during the go-live phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both German and English.

• Extensive experience with the SAP SD module.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments.

• Skilled in utilizing SAP Fiori applications.

• Experience in leading and coordinating design workshops.

• Background in fit-to-standard implementations and standardized SAP S/4HANA solutions.

• Knowledge of SAP integration with other SAP modules.

• Strong expertise in Available-to-Promise (ATP).

• Capability to navigate complex system landscapes and make informed decisions on standardization versus customization.

• Experience in collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders.

• Strong SAP SD customization skills.

• Understanding of SD/LE processes and SAP Best Practices.

• Experience in large-scale ERP transformation projects.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
