Senior SAP SD Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the SAP SD module on support tasks, incident resolution, enhancements, and/or implementation initiatives.

• Assist in sales, logistics, transportation, returns, and goods return operations.

• Collect and analyze requirements in conjunction with business teams.

• Develop blueprints, scope documentation, and functional specifications.

• Engage in unit and integration testing, aiding in the identification and resolution of issues.

• Handle processes related to the issuance of electronic invoices (NF-e) and the implementation of Technical Notes released by SEFAZ.

• Evaluate and resolve incidents and enhancement requests.

• Manage interfaces and integrations between SAP and other systems.

• Conduct analysis utilizing the debugger.

• Work with objects and tools including IDoc, BAPI, SHDB, and LSMW.

• Collaborate with both technical and functional teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance processes.

• Deliver integrated support for business processes, ensuring that solutions align with the company's objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP SD, involving support, incidents, enhancements, and/or implementation projects.

• Demonstrated experience with SAP SD Brazil localization.

• Proven expertise in Tax Reform.

• Strong understanding of Logistics and Transportation processes.

• Advanced knowledge of NF-e processes and SEFAZ Technical Notes.

• Familiarity with sales, returns, and goods return processes.

• Knowledge of the primary SAP SD module tables.

• Experience with interfaces and integrations.

• Competence in IDoc, BAPI, SHDB, and LSMW.

• Experience in gathering requirements and drafting functional specifications.

• Understanding of business processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, International Trade, Production Engineering, or a related field.

• Advanced Spanish is a plus.

• Familiarity with Warehouse Management (WM) is advantageous.

• Understanding of GRC/PI Outbound is beneficial.

• Knowledge of tax and fiscal processes is a plus.

• Experience with other SAP SD-related integration processes is a plus.

• Advanced English proficiency.
